Day 18 -- I'm thankful for modern appliances and conveniences. :) Dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer...all of them make our lives so much easier! Seriously...I can't even imagine what it would be like to have to wash clothes by hand or dishes for that matter!

We have everything but the dishwasher. I go back and forth on that particular appliance. In an RV it's both a space and a weight eater and I'm not sure (with just the two of us) if I'm ready to trade space for that particular convenience! I'm *so* grateful for my washer/dryer combo machine, though!!! :)
Amen! Every Sunday, after we have about a dozen family members for dinner, I am especially grateful for a dishwasher. Speaking of which, I'd better go empty it! : )
Totally agree. The "Little House on the Prairie" days looks so nice & simple but...love my electric & indoor plumbing~
